How to book, tariff and our hospitality services
Belle Azure is mananaged on the behalf of the owners by JD Holiday Lettings Ltd.

All our sales staff are knowledgeable on all our properties and the surrounding area. They will discuss your requirements, offer advice, and answer any questions you may have.
The Group Leader/Client will then be sent, via e-mail, the booking form and terms of business and is responsible for checking, signing and returning the form within 48hrs of receipt. This acts as your acceptance of the holiday details and terms and conditions for and on behalf of all party members named on the booking form.
50% of the total booking fee plus a security deposit of 200euros per week is taken at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 16 weeks prior to arrival. For reservation made within 16 weeks of the arrival date the full balance is due at the time of booking.
The Group Leader/Client is also responsible for ensuring that all group members' details are correct, that all have adequate insurance, and for collecting full payment of the holiday 16 weeks prior to arrival. All correspondence will be between the management agent and the Group Leader/Client only.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your funds to be received. Once we have confirmation from the bank, we will send your Booking Reservation Confirmation together with discounted Brittany Ferry codes plus lots more information that will help you get ready for your holiday.
Prices depend on season (see Availability section), and may be subject to change and are based on up to 10 guests sharing the property at any one time.
The property is let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday however, out of peak and high season, the arrival and departure dates may be flexible. Please enquire for further details.
A standard end of stay cleaning charge is due of 49.00euros and must be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.
The owners reserves the right, without notice, to replace & renew or change items and features within the property.

Linen, towels and beach towels
Bed linen as well as bath and hand towels are supplied for each guest named on the booking form and all beds are made up ready for your arrival.
We also offer large 100% cotton beach towels for hire (saves that bit of extra room in the car on the way home for the great bottles of wine you may just find!). Please note - hand towels and bath towels are supplied at the property.

Early check in
Do you want to be laying in the garden by 1pm on the day of your arrival? Then take advantage of our early check in programme. Your villa will be put on priority listings with the cleaners so it will be the first villa to be ready that day and available from 1pm (normally 5pm)

Private Gourmet Chef at your villa
For a truly memorable experience with your family or friends, have a private gourmet chef bring your fine dining experience to your villa. A choice of wonderful starters, delicious main course, yummy deserts, a cheese board of local produce, Nespresso coffee plus 1/2 a bottle of wine per person. The price includes the meal brought to your villa for the final preparation and full plated service, a waitress on hand for service, clearing away and washing up.

Daily Maid Service
We are able to offer daily maid service (subject to availability for Saturday's and Sundays) if you really want some time to relax and have your beds ready and waiting after a hard day laying by the pool or exhausting days at the beach. The charge is 20euros per hour and offered between 1 and 2 hrs per day.

Baby-sitting
Take some much needed time out and experience of excellent cuisine this area has to offer and let us arrange the baby-sitter. We have available an English lady who has previous experience and is available most evenings. Pre booking is required from May until September due to high demands.
